Author's Note - A Plea for Information from Patricia Lim

My new interest and area of research is the Hong Kong Cemetery (formerly Colonial Cemetery.) I am gradually mapping and recording the headstones of this huge sprawling cemetery with a view to presenting a historical account and statistical analysis of the kind of people who made up Hong Kong's overseas population over the generations and of the way this population changed. I am very interested in any aspect of the cemetery and its occupants. If you have ancestors buried there and would be willing to share their stories with me, or any special knowledge of the cemetery or a particular interest in any aspect of it I would be delighted to meet up with you or to correspond.
